How can I track my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, check the shipping confirmation you received through email. For each package that is shipped to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes a link to track the shipment.
This way you always know where your shipment is and how long it will take to get it to you.

 

How can I check whether I have placed my order correctly?

If you would like to check whether your order has been placed correctly, you can see this in the order confirmation sent by us per email.
Your orders are also listed in your customer account and can be found under »orders«.

How can I return my order?

Make sure to place the item with its original packaging in the package and shipp it to USABoutique, Veverkova 1344, Hradec Kralove, 50002, Czech Republic.
In case you are having technical issues, or you need any further help with the process, feel free to contact our customer service at info@usaboutique.cz or + 420 733 735 798.
After the returned items have been checked, the total amount will be reimbursed to you through the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
Make sure to return the items to us in the condition in which you received them. Damaged items cannot be returned.

How long does it usually take for the reimbursement to take place?

As soon as the return package has arrived and has been examined by us, we'll initiate the reimbursement process within 14 days via the respective payment method.

Is a direct replacement of the returned item possible?

Yes, If you would like to exchange the item for different size, please contact us at info@usaboutique.cz and we will be more then happy to help you with the exchange.

Do I have to pay for a return?
